We all know that time spent in nature relaxes us, rejuvenates us and brings us back into balance. When we go out into the wilderness and forget about our clock-driven schedules, it's natural to feel a sense of peace and connection. It is OutsideIn Adventures goal that each participant experiences “themselves, nature and the world” in a brand new way, not only when participating in one of our programs, but in their daily life afterwards as well.

What is the Clarity Process©?

In Jeru's words: "Most approaches to clarity depend on surrender, devotion or belief. This approach uses the natural intelligence of humankind. We become clear through our own intelligent observation of reality. Surrender, devotion and belief only encourage the trance created by memory. Reality is always available. We only need to see it. Achieving clarity is neither impossible nor difficult.”

What is the Quantum Light Breath?

The Quantum Light Breath, also created by Jeru Kabbal, is a highly focused breathing meditation process that greatly accelerates the user?s personal transformation by bypassing the conscious mind and releasing old programs directly from the subconscious. It usually takes the user into an expanded state of consciousness where universal love is experienced as a reality and not as an unreachable concept. More info

Contact Improvisation is a dynamic, creative and fun dance form. Suitable for all levels of movement experience, Contact Improvisation can range from acrobatic to meditative. It involves a rolling point of contact, weight sharing, and cultivating presence. More info

Performing: A second-generation professional juggler, Aaron appeared in his father's comedy/juggling/unicycle act as a child. He later went on to perform his own solo comedy-juggling-ropewalking show throughout Europe, the U.S., and Australia, appearing in diverse environments such as circuses, comedy clubs, street theater festivals, and cruise ships.
